Beach Weddings
Ever thought about having your wedding on the beach? The Oregon Coast is considered by many the most beautiful shoreline in the country. So what better place to have your wedding!
Remember it is almost always windy at the beach, and you will need a professional videographer with microphones to record audio properly. A Niko Productions has all the professional equipment for your beach wedding so give us a call or email us to discuss all the details. We also can refer several other amazing wedding vendors that service the Oregon Coast.
If you are considering an Oregon Beach Wedding, here is a list of our recommended beaches:
Cannon Beach (Northern Coast)
Cannon Beach is probably the most popular place to get married on the Oregon Coast. Couples love to take photos in front of Haystack Rock, and it is relatively close to the Portland area. There are plenty of large beach front hotels, restraurants, art galleries and shops to explore.
Ecola State Park (Northern Coast)
If you just want an amazing view with no sand between your toes, check out Ecola State Park. It is located just north of Cannon Beach and probably has the most amazing view along the Oregon Coast.
Hug Point State Park (Northern Coast)
Hug Point is just south of Cannon Beach. It is a cove with beautiful rock formations in the water and on the beach. Hug Point would be perfect for very small weddings and great for wedding photos. There is not a lot of parking and the short trail to the beach is somewhat rugged.

Rockaway Beach (Northern Coast / Near Tillamook)
This is our favorite beach (My wife and I were married on this beach). Rockaway Beach is extremely quite, 7 miles of beach with the beautiful Twin Rocks out in the ocean. Tons of beach grasses and driftwood making it a great for photos. There are plently of beach houses to rent and fun activities nearby.
Heceta Head Lighthouse (Central Oregon Coast / Halfway Between Florence & Yachats)
Get married on the beach and then make your way up to the lighthouse for your reception. They host weddings of up to 150 people. There is a Bed and Breakfast and they offer catering for special events.
Shore Acres (Southern Coast / Coos Bay)
If you live in Southern Oregon or desire a destination wedding then Shore Acres will blow you away! There are cliffs, gardens, ponds, and the beach cove. The maximum amount of people attending is 100. To find out more about weddings, click on contact us on their website.
